Mission Statement
Katie Herb Foundation will provide support to families suffering from the emotional and financial stresses of a congenital heart defect.
Vision Statement
Katie Herb Foundation will provide scholarships to students that suffer from congenital heart defects and financial assistance to families that have a child diagnosed with a congenital heart defect.
The Foundation will continue to promote awareness of and provide support for medical research of congenital heart defects and hypoplastic left heart syndrome.
